We currently accept the following payment options:

M-Pesa:
- Pay securely via M-Pesa by selecting the "M-Pesa" option at checkout.
- You will receive a payment prompt or instructions to send funds to our designated Till Number: .
- Ensure the order reference number is included in the transaction details.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Pay in cash when your order is delivered.
- COD is available for orders within Gachie and Ruaka.
- A maximum order limit of Ksh 5,000 applies for COD.

2. Payment Security

M-Pesa Transactions: All payments are processed through secure M-Pesa infrastructure. We do not store or access your M-Pesa PIN or personal transaction details.
SSL Encryption: Our website uses SSL technology to protect your data during checkout.

3. Payment Confirmation

M-Pesa: Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. You will receive an email/SMS notification upon successful payment.
Cash on Delivery: Payment is collected in full upon delivery. A receipt will be provided by the delivery agent.

4. Failed or Disputed Payments

M-Pesa: If payment fails, you will be prompted to retry. Contact us if funds are deducted but the order is not confirmed.
COD: Orders may be canceled if cash is not available at delivery. Repeat COD payment failures may restrict future COD access.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds for Online Payments (M-Pesa): Processed within 3-5 business days to the original M-Pesa account.
COD Cancellations: Cancel orders at least 24 hours before delivery to avoid fees.

6. Currency & Pricing

All transactions are in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh).
Prices listed on the website are final and inclusive of taxes (unless stated otherwise).

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid M-Pesa transactions, fake COD requests).
